Admission requirements must be met at two levels:
- Admission to The Graduate School, see Admission Requirements.
- Admission to the Certificate Program:
- Urban Specialist Supplemental Application
- 3 letters of reference (one by current principal)
- Interview with UTC faculty and Hamilton County School Personnel
